Mar­tial Arts Uni­ver­sity is an event to explore the the­ory and sci­ence behind the prac­tice of fight­ing arts. MAU brings together prac­ti­tion­ers of East­ern and West­ern tra­di­tional mar­tial arts to demon­strate and dis­cuss the the­ory that guides their phys­i­cal prac­tice. This will be a unique event and not to be missed by seri­ous stu­dents or those inter­ested in learn­ing more about mar­tial arts. The event includes: mar­tial art demon­stra­tions, in-depth dis­cus­sions of the­ory and prac­tice, and practical/combative exhi­bi­tion assaults.
